A delicious and striking blend of red, white and blue popping corn from our local Amish market.

Heat 3 tablespoons of grass-fed butter or coconut oil in saucepan with glass lid (to see popping!) on medium high heat. Once melted, add 1/3 cup popcorn.
Wait for the popcorn kernels to pop. Meanwhile heat 2-3 tablespoons of butter or coconut oil in a small saucepan.
When done popping, pour over 1/3 of the melted butter or oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper and herbs/ etc to taste, then stir and repeat until butter is gone. For next level popcorn try our WILD LEEK SALT!
