Local Raw Honey is delicious on its own, but we have made it more interesting and delicious with our special blend of hot honey.
Developed by Adam Hickman, our owner and previous professional recipe developer (not a joke), our Korean Chili Hot Honey uses multiple types of chilis to both enhance the natural sweetness of the honey and also add some mild heat to it.
It takes several months to age the honey, but it is well worth the wait.
How to use this unique honey is up to you, but we love to use it to finish our grilled vegetables or meats, flavor cocktails, hand-made pizza, or even just drizzle it over ice cream.
