Just open the packet and fill, its that easy to use.The Cones themselves are made from the same natural Hemp Paper used by RAW in their Classic range of Smoking Papers, but unlike regular Cones, the Wiz Cone is made with a water based Gum for a quality finish that uses no Ethyl Vinyl Acetate so the finished product smokes very cleanly. Each Cone comes pre fitted with a Perfecto Roach tip and a cool water mark that helps the cone burn evenly and slowly. 1 packet contains 3 Wiz pre rolled Cones.
